This document applies to the Aral Cloud platform, operated by ADSTORE LLC (ООО "ADSTORE"), Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
1. Who we are
The Aral Cloud platform is operated by ADSTORE LLC ("ADSTORE" mas’uliyati cheklangan jamiyati), Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the service.
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, organization); authentication data (password hashes, TOTP/passkey credentials); billing data (balance, transactions); and operational data needed to run your resources (resource metadata, logs, metrics, IP addresses).
3. How we use it
To provide and operate the service, authenticate you, meter and bill usage, secure the platform, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies
We use a strictly-necessary, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, plus a locale preference cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Content you store
Content you upload or run (VM disks, object storage, databases, repositories) is yours. We access it only as needed to operate the service, respond to a support request you initiate, or comply with law.
6. Sub-processors
We use infrastructure and payment providers to deliver the service. These process data only as needed to perform their function and under confidentiality obligations.
7. Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest for secrets, tenant network isolation, access controls (2FA, passkeys) and least-privilege internal access. See the Security page for details.
8. Retention
We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as required by law. Resource data is deleted after account or resource termination following a reasonable grace period.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@aralcloud.uz. Deleting your account removes associated resources.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the console or by email.
