Terms of Service

This document applies to the Aral Cloud platform, operated by ADSTORE LLC (ООО "ADSTORE"), Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Aral Cloud platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
2. The service
Aral Cloud provides cloud infrastructure — virtual servers, GPU instances, Kubernetes, object and block storage, databases, networking, serverless functions, managed Git and related developer tools — on a pay-as-you-go basis.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account, credentials and API tokens, and for all activity under your account. Keep your contact email current. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to send spam, to host malware, to attack or disrupt other systems, to mine at the expense of other tenants, or to infringe intellectual-property rights. We may suspend resources that threaten platform stability or violate these terms.
5. Billing
Metered resources are billed by usage (per-second where applicable) against your prepaid balance. Prices are shown before you provision a resource. Unpaid or negative balances may lead to suspension and, after a grace period, deletion of resources.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your resources. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. On termination, stored data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
7. Availability
We target high availability and publish live status at /status. The service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintain your own backups of critical data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the console or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
